Ingredients :
1 Medium or large corn
Butter
Chilli powder
Chat masala
Oregano
Coriander leaves


Preparation :

  • Steam or boil the corn. You can steam 1 medium to large sweet corn cob in a steamer or a pressure cooker. If pressure cooking, then pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles in 1.5 cups water.
  • When the corn is still warm broke it into corn seeds. Be careful if it is still very hot then let it cool.
  • Then take the corns in a mixing bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter. And let it melt in corn.
  • Mix the melted butter properly with the corn and you can add melted butter as well.
  • Add 1/2 spoon chili powder, 1/2 spoon chat masala, 1/4 spoon oregano, and some fresh coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  • Taste it and add some lemon juice and your masala corn is ready to enjoy.

American corn


Ingredients :


1 Medium or large corn
Butter
Chilli powder
Chat masala
Oregano
Garam masala
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Coriander leaves


Preparation :

  • Boil the corn and add some butter to it according to your taste.
  • Take the boiled corn in a bowl and mix the butter with it properly.
  • Now, add chili powder, chat masala, garam masala, oregano, chili flakes (optional), black pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
  • This recipe will be spicy so please make sure children don’t have it.

Tangy Corn


Ingredients :


2 cup corn
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 cup lemon juice
salt as required
1 handful coriander leaves
4 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
3 green chili


Preparation :

  • Born the corn in a deep bottomed pan on medium flame and add some salt to it.
  • When done strain the water and keep the corn aside.
  • Take a bowl and add some melted butter with the boiled corn.
  • Next, add in garam masala powder, chaat masala, and chili powder, chopped green chilies, and salt.

Ingredients :


1 tablespoon butter
3 cups sweet corn
salt to taste
3/4 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Preparation :

  • Heat the butter in a non-stick pan
  • Add sweet corn, salt, butter, pepper and mix it on medium flame.
  • Switch off the flame and add lemon juice.
  • Your buttered sweet corn is ready.
  • This recipe is very light and healthy and can be served to kids and patients as well.

Spicy corn chaat


Ingredients :


2 cup sweet corn kernels
1 tablespoon butter
¼ tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
¼ tablespoon cumin powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
¾ tablespoon chaat masala
¼ tablespoon salt


Preparation :

  • Boil 2 cups of sweet corn kernels in the water on a medium flame.
  • Drain the water and transfer the corn to a kadhai
  • Add in 1 tsp butter and roast on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Roast till the corns turn aromatic
  • Transfer to a bowl and cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add in ¼ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt, and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and serve it hot.
